problem. You can use exactly the same system we use (for free!) and your messages

You can use the web portal to send simple email style notes to each other. Our clients
find it better than email for internal use because it means you don't get an inbox

can tag anything within your portal including U2U's, Phone Messages, To Do Tasks,
