You can use the web portal to send simple email style notes to each other. Our clients find it better than email for internal use because it means you don't get an inbox full of spam and it keeps all your data together.

Tagging

You can quickly and easily tag items with your own shared (or private!) tags. You can tag anything within your portal including U2U's, Phone Messages, To Do Tasks, Messageboard Posts etc.

Take Your Own Calls

If you're available during the day and want to take your own calls, that's not a problem. You can use exactly the same system we use (for free!) and your messages will go to the same place. Again, this helps to keep all your data together.

Search

As you might have guessed, our systems let you keep all your data in one place. You can search your phone messages, U2Us, company documents with a few keystrokes. Gone are the days of trying to remember which Post-It note you used!

We know you're often out and about. That's why you need a messaging service! With our lightweight mobile site, you can quickly and easily use any of the core functions from any phone with an Internet browser.

Self-Setup

Because we pride ourself on the simplicity of our service, you can even set the system up yourself. Fill in a handful of boxes, click 'OK' and we're ready to take your calls. This is why we have no setup fee!
