Each call costs between £1.40 and £1.75 plus VAT, depending on which plan you sign up for. Calls are charged at 1 call credit per standard call period. See terms for full details.
Messages are sent instantly via email, and the information is also stored in your online portal. You also have the option to receive the message via SMS, which costs 10p. You can opt in or out of SMS delivery in your Message Delivery settings.

Diverting your calls to Answer.co.uk is a simple task. All you need to decide is whether you want to divert all calls, calls if your line is engaged, calls after a certain number of rings, or a combination of the latter two options. Divert codes will be available from your telephone supplier. If you are with BT, click here for current divert information.
You can create preset requirements when you sign up with Answer. When a call comes in on your dedicated Answer number, a screen pops up in front of the operator, who is guided by these requirements. You can make changes to these directions online and they’ll be updated straight away.
