Answer donates £150 to support Castleman Community Larder’s Christmas Hamper Campaign

Answer has donated £50 in cash plus £100 worth of food to Castleman Community Larder CIC, helping to support the charity’s Christmas Hamper Campaign for local households in West Moors, Dorset.

The donation was funded through Answer’s Christmas Jumper Day fundraiser, with colleagues choosing to turn festive fun into practical support for the local community. Alongside the cash contribution, the team also delivered a selection of essential food items to help volunteers create hampers for families and individuals who may be facing extra pressure over the Christmas period.

Abi Betteridge, Customer Service Manager at Answer, comments: “Christmas can be a tough time for many people. Our team wanted to make sure the money we raised and the food we donated would go directly to local families who need it most. Castleman Community Larder does brilliant work in our area and we’re proud to support their Christmas Hamper Campaign.”

Castleman Community Larder is a not-for-profit community interest company (CIC) based at 136 Station Road, West Moors, BH22 0JB, working to tackle food insecurity in West Moors and surrounding areas by providing dignified access to good-quality food and essentials.
